Crafters Showcase Kids Resale Agreement

This Contract is between Crafters Showcase, Inc., whose address is 653 Clairton Blvd., Southland Shopping Cntr., Pittsburgh, PA, 15236, Phone (412) 653-4222 and

*Crafters Showcase will determine pricing. Consignor receives 50% of selling price on any items sold. If customer making a purchase uses a credit card or debit card for payment a 3% discount fee will additionally be deducted from sale price to cover our credit card processing fee. If items are not sold or picked up by Consignee after 120 days, merchandise becomes the property of Crafters Showcase & will be disposed of at our discretion. Consignee is responsible for remembering your expiration date. You must call and set up a pick up date for any unsold items your last month. Consignee must call before picking up any unsold merchandise! It is the Consignor's responsibility to check on the status of consigned items. Sales reports can be given by calling Mon. - Fri. at 412-653-4222 or we have optional Online Daily Sales reports available for $20 per your 120 day term. Checks for items sold will be ready for pickup on the 6th & 21st of each and every month. If requested, we can mail a checks to you if you provide a stamped, self-addressed #10 size envelopes. Any checks not picked up within 6 months of their issuance will revert back to Crafters Showcase.

*Crafters Showcase will not be responsible for fire, flood, theft or any damage to Consignor's merchandise. The consignor agrees to hold Crafters Showcase, Inc. harmless for any & all losses or damage whatsoever.

*Any form of verbal or physical harassment of any employee or customer of Crafters Showcase will result in immediate termination of your contract.

*____ Check here if are choosing our optional Online Daily Sales Reports ($20 per 120 day consignor term). Payment must be received with the signing of this contract. Consignor must choose a Password to retrieve sales at: www.cscrafts.com or http://cs1.webposter.net/ Password _____________________ (case sensitive, no more than 7 letters or numbers).

*Crafters Showcase will not accept items that are in dirty or poor condition, broken or missing parts. We only want like new or new merchandise. Items we reject must be picked up within 1 week of us contacting you or these items will be disposed of at our discretion.
