Deluxe Links Request Form
This form is for Crafters requesting a link to their pre-existing web site. You must already have a web page (we do not create and maintain one for you). Your web page must relate to a Craft Mall theme (Example: Crafts, Patterns, Home Decor, Country & Primitive Items, etc...).
All Deluxe Links Must Be Approved by us. We reserve the right to decline linking to websites that we feel are offensive to our viewing audience, inappropriate or not related to our web site or in direct competition to us.
To Sign up for a Deluxe Link follow instructions below:
Pay with credit card using PayPal or Print & complete form below & mail payment payable to: Crafters Showcase & mail to: 1731 Gill Hall Rd., Dept CL, Finleyville, PA 15332. Questions email: info@cscrafts.com (in subject line put Craft Mall Deluxe Link). If you pay using PayPal once we receive your PayPal payment we will email you a Link questionnaire to fill out, once we receive the completed email form back, your link will be added to Crafters Showcase's Directory within 2-4 business days.
