Hi!
I'm Stephanie and I never even knew
pole dancing for fitness existed. A friend of mine told me
about pole dancing classes. She said that after one work out
she was so sore she could barely walk down and up steps.
Working out in a gym and my "Pilates for Dummies" DVD
doesn't give me a good work out like that!
After hearing about her results from
dancing I searched for pole dancing in Pittsburgh. Spin On
Fitness seemed like the best choice. The website made pole
dancing look fun and challenging so I signed up for the 6
week class. The first class I was nervous but when you meet
the instructors Shelley and Jen you realize there's nothing
to be nervous about! You're there to get a good work out and
you have fun doing it.
Jen and Shelley make every class fun
and exciting. You never get bored, there's always something
new to learn! And you always WANT to learn more!! After
attending Spin On Fitness once, not only was I sore the next
day (a good sore!) I was addicted. Pole dancing works
muscles you don't even know you have. It is definitely the
best work out I ever had. The last class of your 6 week
beginner classes you have a party. Shelley and Jen
take amazing photos of you and a video of you doing your
routine!
It's a lot of fun! I recommend putting
down that "Pilates for Dummies" DVD and signing up for Spin
On Fitness right now! You won't be disappointed!!
