Days & Times Parties can be Booked:
Fridays:
Anytime after 6:30pm.
Saturdays: 1pm., 4pm.,
7pm. &
10pm.
Sundays: Anytime between 11am.-10pm.
Tues. - Thurs.: After 9pm.
A $60 deposit
(non-refundable) is due immediately
to confirm Diva Party
date & time. Parties book up fast so if interested get Deposit in
ASAP or you may risk losing date & time. The remaining balance is due by the start of your party. Credit
Card Payments accepted online through PayPal only, not at party.
The $60 deposit will be deducted from your party
session balance due.
Credit
Card Payments accepted ONLINE ONLY through PayPal. PayPal.com is secure,
free and allows you to pay using your Credit Card or directly from your Bank Account
(E-Check). You do not have to belong to Paypal to use it to make a credit
card payment. Credit card payments cannot be made at your party, they must
be pre-paid online using Paypal.com. You also have the option
to mail a check or money order. Please make payable to: Shelley Wain
and mail to:

Note
we must receive check 7 Business days prior to your party date.
If paying remaining balance at Party we only accept CASH for payment, please have
correct amount ready at start of your party.
Once a Party is booked they can be
rescheduled up to 6 months at no charge, but refunds will not be issued, sorry no
exceptions since we likely turned away other parties interested in
your orginal time slot.

FOR YOUR PARTY, PLEASE HAVE YOUR
CASH PAYMENT READY AT START OF
YOUR PARTY.

Please ARRIVE at your Party on time! We sometimes have
Parties booked back to back, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that we start parties on
time. If you are running a little late please call & let us know.
Parties more than 30 minutes late with no phone call to let us know when
you will be arriving may be cancelled & no rebooking or refund will be
issued. So please be on time!!! THANKS for understanding!!! |

Listed times in white are available. If listed in pink with a name
next to time that has been "Booked". Parties are not
confirmed/booked until
deposit is received.

Please contact us first
to verify the date you have selected for your party is available before
making a payment. You have several options on how to pay for
your party. If you are paying for all your party Guests
(Total Party Fee) you don't need to pay the deposit. If just
paying deposit first, it will be applied towards your
total Party fee. Most hostesses pay the deposit and then their Guests bring
their cash payment to the party. *If paying for Guests or Party Total fees
through PayPal below, we must receive payment 3 business days prior to
your party date. We must be able to verify that payment was
received & cleared before your party. If paying
by check or money order follow the instructions below in blue.
*If you don't see the amount below you owe, just
email us and we can send
you an invoice with the correct amount so you can pay through PayPal.

includes pictures & video clips from your party is Free and is included
with All Diva Pole Parties! If you would like
additional DVD's the cost is just $10 & that includes S&H.
