We are so happy to be
the first to create & offer this amazing unique workout! PoleAerials™ our
version of Aerial Yoga with a twist incorporates yoga, pilates &
dance moves on Aerial
Silks. Aerial Yoga is much easier & frankly in our opinion
more fun than traditional Yoga! The fabric aerial silk is hung close to the floor &
a pole so that students can use these as props to either partially or
fully support the weight of their body. Many Aerial Yoga poses are
designed to help the student better understand the purpose of
traditional Yoga poses. Come & try the Warrior, Reclining Hero
& other classic yoga moves as well as our famous signature moved
called the PoleAerial™ Crunch. Aerial Yoga is designed to increase
one's overall health and physical agility while having fun &
creating beauty. Swinging in a hammock adds an entirely new
dimension to one’s yoga practice. This fun swinging element, as well
as the zero-compression inversions is what makes this style of yoga
revolutionary.

you will love our Aerial Classes! We will also be offering Aerial Mom &
Daughter workshops!
Appropriate attire for this class is yoga long pants & t-shirt or
workout top. We also highly advise a good tight fitting sports bra for when
we go into our inverts on the silks, we don't want you falling out
of your top. We have 6 Aerial Silks so class sizes will be limited and on a

As with all
fitness activities, your experience will depend on pre-existing health
conditions. Everyone beginning an aerial fitness program should be aware that
not every body responds well. Inversions can have negative effects especially
those with high blood pressure, glaucoma, bone weakness, extreme obesity, or
heart disorders. Make sure that you check with your health practitioner before
commencing any exercise program, especially ones as new and different as Aerial
Fitness.
What
a fun and inspiring class! I've done traditional yoga in
the past, and also have been an pole instructor for 3 years,
so strength and flexibility are important to me. I still
wasn't prepared for the awesome challenge of taking
PoleAerials for the first time! The balance and
coordination worked every muscle in my body isometrically, and
I can't remember the last time I felt so limber and flexible
by the end of a class. The instructor was well prepared and
very accommodating to help us execute the poses correctly each
time. Gentle stretching, core stability exercises, and a
variety of aerial poses made the time fly by- but all we said

I've
been to multiple pole studios nation wide. My experience at Spin
on Fitness was exceptionally positive, mainly because the owner
is so personable and adaptable to your learning needs. She was
so hospitable and accepting of my interest in the wide range of
fitness options in her studio. I highly recommend aerial yoga
for stretching those hard to reach places and increasing your
flexibility. The aerial hoop is like being a kid on monkey bars
again, increases your strength, and stretches the limits of your
flexibility as well. Shelley is an excellent spotter!
