All Rentals are on a First Come Basis. A reservation fee is required to hold rental for you. This reservation fee is non-refundable. This fee will be applied to your rental fee when you come in to pick up rental unit. All rentals can be picked up Thursday prior to the weekend (storks anytime and rental time period is 7 days). At this time you will pay remaining balance of rental fee and leave a security deposit. Security deposit will be held until rental unit is returned on time and in the same condition as it was when picked up. All rentals are due back by Tuesday at 12 noon following the weekend you rented rental.
